Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping for most of our products for the lower 48 states and Hawaii through FedEx and UPS, etc.

If you are outside the USA please email us and arrangements can be made. We can ship to Canada and Australia for customized orders, etc.

Note: Any and all shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund total should customer cancel or return the order.

Shipping Method

We'll ship the order to your address provided, please verify the address before placing the order. Once the order is placed and shipping label is created, it is difficult to  change the address. A tracking number will be shared to check the shipping information. We usually use FedEx shipping and the packages are well protected. It usually takes 2-3 days for the west coast and Hawaii, and 3-5 business days to the east coast.  We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

  • DO NOT REFUSE THE PACKAGE! ANY shipment that is refused is at customers expense.

  • Very rarely delivery might be unexpected delayed for example weather. 

  • Custom-orders and pre-orders may take 8 weeks - 10 weeks and even longer to manufacture and deliver. Please make sure your address will stay the same before it is delivered. We can not change the address once the order is placed. In some rare cases, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection may inspect the product and the deliver might be delayed due to long custom clearance process. 

Your product will arrive in one or more packages depending on the design.​ Solo kayak is in one box, tandem will be two boxes.

Damaged Shipments

If shipment is lost or damaged from handling it must be claimed with the shipping carrier like FedEx and UPS, etc. You must note on the delivery bill if any boxes are missing or damaged.

 

Our kayaks are well packaged and protected! In the rare case if you see damage on the box, DO NOT REFUSE THE PACKAGE! If you do this you agree to the terms of this website, any and all shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund total. 

Please take pictures of the damaged boxes, open up your product and take pictures of any damages with the damaged pieces circled. We have seen that some times the box looks worn and tattered, the contents inside are often fine, some times only a few spare parts are needed to take care of the issue. We can ship spare parts very quickly to you. Again please take pictures of any damage to parts, and the boxes, thank you. You'll email those to us and we will be able to move forward in assisting you.
