Warranty

We offer 2 years limited warranty on our kayaks and 1 year limited warranty on accessories for the original retail purchaser. Unlike some other sellers who only offer 2 years warranty for full price kayak, our 2 years warranty cover the kayaks on sale. The PRODUCT will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the usable life of the Warranty Period.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Kayaks used for commercial or rental purposes.
General wear and tear, and the natural aging of the product.
Slight variations in color compared to the product listing images. Due to the manufacture process, the color differences are expected and are not covered by warranty.
Kayaks used for any purpose other than their intended use.
Damage that occurred while the kayak was in the possession of a shipping company, customer, or anyone other than Dragon Kayak.
Damage resulting from accidents, carelessness, improper use, or handling.
Kayaks that were towed by motorized or sailing vessels.
Damage caused by severe weather or environmental factors.
Kayaks that have been modified or altered in structure or size.

Obtaining Warranty Service

If you believe your kayak has a defect in its materials or workmanship, please contact our customer support. You will be responsible for the transportation costs to and from dragon-kayak's or your address. Dragon Kayak is not liable for any damages incurred during transportation, storage fees, or transportation costs. We also cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience, loss of time, or financial losses caused by repairs. Dragon Kayak may repair or replace defective products or parts with similar items that meet local regulations. This warranty does not cover any accidental or indirect damages or costs arising from defects. Dragon Kayak's total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the defective product.
